We are proud to offer an international delivery service. However, some destinations are not served. If you reside in one of these countries, we will contact you.

LOST/MISSING PARCELS
LAGALUV is not responsible for incorrect address information provided when placing an order. Please ensure your billing and shipping addresses are correct before submitting your order. If the error is ours, we will assume full responsibility for your original order at no additional cost.

CUSTOMS
We are not responsible for customs fees once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that your packages may be subject to customs fees upon arrival in your country.

Europe: 3 to 5 working days

Maximum delivery time – 10 working days
This does not include our 2-5 day processing time.
All times exclude customs clearance delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. However, with free shipping, tracking may not be available.

MY TRACKING INDICATES “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME”
For some shipping companies, it may take 2-5 business days for tracking information to be updated in the system. If your order is more than 5 business days old and you still have no information, please contact us.

WILL THE ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be sent separately, even if you have chosen combined delivery.
